XXV - CONVOCATION 

Convocation Date: 07-10-2025 at 9:00AM

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill the online Convocation Form Carefully.
2. Enrollment No. (or) Registration No. (or) Roll No. should be entered as per the Provisional Certificate only (Wtih out any spaces). 
3. If any applicant applied In-person gives/enters the wrong Enrollment No. (or) Registration No. (or) Roll No. in Convocation Application Form, the Convocation pass will not be generated.
4. All the Awardees from 2022 batch onwards can upload the fees receipt paid for OD & TC/MC in Samarth portal.
5. All the Awardees till 2022 batch need to pay the convocation fees in the Academic payment gateway at the URL:- http://acad.uohyd.ac.in/pg.html
6. Candidates who are declared qualified for the award of Under Graduate / Post Graduate / Integrated P.G/M.Phil./M.Tech., from 01-09-2024 to 31-08-2025.  Ph.D. programmes from 23-09-2024 to 31-08-2025 are eligible for receiving the respective degree certificate.
7. Application fee shall be remitted through online only, under Original Degree in-person (or) Original Degree in-absentia.   Upload payment challan in .pdf format.  
8. NAD/Digilocker registration details.
9. Refund of fee will not be entertained at any circumstances.
10. Important Dates: Date of commencement of Online Application 12.08.2025, last date of 25th Convocation online application till  : 12-09-2025
11. Last date of Online Application : 12.09.2025 till 05:00PM

13. The dress suggested / prescribed for convocation is as 
    Men           :       Kurta Pyjama or Kurta Dhoti
    Women      :       Saree or Salwar Kameez 
14. Material    :     Handloom Cotton/Silk
15. Color          :     Off white or pale cream

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents:

1)   Scanned photocopy of Provisional Certificate or Consolidate Mark Sheet in .pdf format within 50kb to 300kb limit.

2)   Signature in .JPEG format within 4kb to 30kb limit.

3)   Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask) for printing in the Degree Certificate.  The photograph shall be in a formal dress without distorting background in JPEG/JPG format (10kb to 200kb limit).  Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.

4)   Upload either Fee payment challan (or) Samarth portal TC in .pdf format within 50kb to 300kb limit

Fee Payment Instructions:      

● Fee for 'in-person' receipt mode = Rs 1200

● Fee for 'in-absentia' receipt mode = Rs 1200
