GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill the online Convocation Form Carefully.
2. Candidates who are declared qualified for the award of Under Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate/ M.Phil & Ph.D programmes on or before 31st August 2023 are eligible for receiving the respective degree certificate.
3. Application fee shall be remitted through online only, in the following link: http://acad.uohyd.ac.in/pg.html.  under  Original Degree in-person (or) Original Degree in-absentia.   Upload payment challan in .pdf format.  
4. NAD/Digilocker registration details are mandatory
5. Refund of fee will not be entertained at any circumstances.
6. Important Dates: Date of commencement of Online Application 21.08.2023
7. Last date of Online Application extended till 25.09.2023

9. The dress suggested / prescribed for convocation is as 

   Men            : Kurta Pyjama or Kurta Dhoti

   Women       : Saree or Salwar Kameez

   Material      : Handloom Cotton/Silk Color : Off white or Pale cream
10.  All the students those who have already downloaded the Original Degree certificates from the NAD Digilocker will be treated as received the degree in absentia.

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents :

1)   Scanned photocopy of Provisional Certificate or Consolidate Mark Sheet in .pdf format within 50kb to 300kb limit.

2)   Signature in .JPEG format within 4kb to 30kb limit.

3)   Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask) for printing in the Degree Certificate.  The photograph shall be in a formal dress without distorting background in JPEG/JPG format (10kb to 200kb limit).  Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.

4)   Fee payment challan in .pdf format within 50kb to 300kb limit.
